Co-founders Alex and David met while travelling through Latin America. They both fell in love.... with Mexican food.
Alex's grandfather is Puerto Rican and she has always loved her fathers input of spice and Latino flavours in her food growing up. Although her mother prefers milder versions of the classics and would be very happy with a bowl of patacones to guacamole to dip them in!
David has always had a passion for cooking, having grown up in Jamaica surrounded by tropical flavours and fresh ingredients. It is no surprise he has been drawn to the allure of Mexican cuisine. Having made it to the quater finals of Masterchef Professionals 2018 he is now bringing his culinary expertise to Wiltshire.
